1. Keys

        Use arrow keys to move your space-ship, CTRL touch to fire and ALT touch for launch bombs. Press F1, F2 or F3 during the game to switch between different video modes (VGA, ModeX or VESA 2.0). Use "S" key to save a .PCX screen shot. PAUSE or P key to pause game, ESC to quit. In any case you can change directional and firing's touchs in options menu.

2. Options

        In the principal menu choose OPTIONS. You can switch between different videos modes, choose frames rate (30 - slows PCs, 60- Petiums 166), control sound and music volume, use or not translucency during the game (shadows and smoke disabled if TRANSLUCENCY is off use this option if you use slow computers). Finally you can configurate your keys and choose you control (joystick, mouse or keyboard).

3. Troubles

        No sound :

                All sound cards are supported (Gus, SB 16, 32, 64 , PCI cards). If windows 95-98 detects it, FIRECROW will                  detect it, but if you are if full dos mode you must have this in your autoexec.bat for the SB cards:

                                   SET BLASTER = A220 I5 D1 H5 (  Address 220h Irq 5, DMA 1, High DMA 5  for example)

                 But, sometimes, FIRECROW can't recognize you sound card, we are sorry for this rarely eventual bug :(..

        Very slow :

                You computer is not enough powerful to lunch FIRECROW, try this : disable tranclucency in option menu, set                   frames rate to 30 and launch using VESA 2.0 video mode (UNIVBE from Scitech is good)
